Persevere to find a DUCK?

                                                                  When you get stuck,
                                                                  while finding a duck.
You never give up,
you need to dup.
Open up your brain,
maybe it’s in Maine.
You look there,
but found a bear.
Then you think one more time,
but you found a dime.
You want to give in,
but didn’t want to cause a sin.
So you went away,
and found a bay.
Looked for a day,
but found some clay.
While thinking back,
you packed your sack.
Then went to Spain,
found the duck in pain.
But knew you did the right thing,
by going all the way.

To Persevere or not to Persevere

When you get stuck on something,
You cannot do nothing.
You have to try,
If it doesn’t work don’t say bye.
Try, try, and try, again.
Even if they think you’re not sane.
Don’t care about their thoughts,
Think about the knots.
The knots in your life,
Your problems hitting you like knives.
Once you start you cannot end.
To end you need to mend.
You need to mend your cuts,
Have those guts.
Be able to fight,
Fight for your rights.
Got pushed down?
Don’t frown.
You should rise to your feet.
Never show them your defeat.
Never give in,
Or you’ve committed a sin.
Everyone should always persevere,
Because at the end there will be tears and a cheer.

The Day of a Birth

It could be anyone's birthday right now, but is it always know who's birthday is when? Do you know of someone who knows everyone's birthdays? You might tell many your birthday but you should expect them to not remember it. Having less hope is better than having more hope because if you have less hope and the thing happens than you would be happy but if it didn't happen you wouldn't be that upset verses when you have the hopes up for something and it was all crushed. Humans who know of hope will alway have it even if you don't want it. You might even have it when you know something's not going to happen but a voice in your brain just keep on telling you it might happen any second, minute or hour. Wanting everyone to wish you a happy birthday or giving you a present is very nice. The person wishing you a happy birthday might not mean it but they still want you to take the time to wish happy birthday to them back. Born on a boring day where you share with no other famous and cool. Going to school seeing your friends receiving some wishes of a happy birthday, waiting in line for lunch, some jerks end up cutting you, you get mad keep it in side though, eventually get your lunch walk to your friends table, sit down eat your lunch and hold a few conversations, finish your lunch, get a few more wishes of a happy birthday, get a few birthday punches, has an aching shoulder, has a silly but thoughtful friend sing you the happy birthday song and yell you that there going to sing it in place of giving you birthday punches, having to go to physical education class and run, having your last class go by as fast as a cheetah and then at the end of school have a friend give you a bag with a fluffy plush dog and a card and having your teacher ask if it's your birthday today was how mu school day basically went. When I got home I had yo do homework then at the end of the day around 10:00 my family gathered around and sang the birthday song, ate cake, I received presents that I adore and had a blast. So how was your last Birthday? and how do you think your next birthday will be like if it didn't past yet for 2012?
Oh on the last note it is election day tomorrow so go vote (if you can't, sadly I can't vote yet :( I would if I could) and have a nice day tomorrow!

Story Time: Boy Ben

Ben sat quietly and stared out the window. His pale face suddenly lightened up. Followed by boing, boing, boing and a fist trusted into the cold air. The sterile room was filled with happiness after days of silence and sadness. Creek, creek, creek the door opened and out popped a head. Quietly Ben tip toed out of his hospital room. He looked alright for a teenage boy who’s in the hospital. That wasn't always the case and Ben isn't a teenager. Ben’s a lonesome eleven year old boy. As a person very interested in Ben, I have always found his actions very carefully plotted, but one of them wasn't  Ben lived a very happy life with his parents until one day when he was five, his father died from a car accident. “You have to be a good sport” was the only thing Ben remembers his father telling him. Three years later Ben’s mother married another man. Ben respected that man a lot and played sports with him like his father did. Ben was in fourth grade that year; he skipped first grade and third grade. Although he was missing a part of his family he excels in school and sports. A few more years passed, “Dad! Dad! Look what I got!” “That’s great son!” , their relationship still maintained the same happy one. Ben’s in eighth grade now, where all the trouble began. Step, step, step, *Silence* cricket *Silence*, “Surprise!” thump, thump, thump, the beating of the heart just went wild, eyes wide open, aware of everything in the surrounding, Ben was truthfully scared and caught off guard. Not surprising, it was very early in the morning anyways. With his quick reactions Ben realize his parents were yelling surprise at him, but why, why so early in the morning? “You can tell him” said Ben’s mother, “Um…okay….how should I say this?” There was a long pause. Finally Ben’s step-father said “Well, Ben, you know we love you a lot right?” “Yes” Ben relied. “Son, your mom and I, no, you’re going to have a new sibling!” Ben’s parents were grinning, but Ben was quiet. After a moment of thinking Ben came up with “That’s great!, am I going to have a baby brother or sister?” As time went on and the days passed one by one Ben was getting teased and bullied in school. There were rumors going around about Ben’s step-father being a gangster and there were other ones too that kills the heart. Ben was a very intelligent child who was known as the genius in his school and he was star athlete, so many other students are very jealous of him. Although he’s was famously known in his school, many people don’t know Ben’s personal-self, all they know is this image they project onto him. Time went on and the bullying increased. One day, during school time in Ben’s house drip, drip, drip was discovered by the mother. She searched all over the house, and found Ben lying in the bath tub filled with blood and water. “Ahhhh” her tear filled eyes were wide open. Pitch dark, then light slowly travels into his eyes, later many questions sprouted into his brain. Years later, Ben’s lips are in a crescent shape accompanied with sparkling eyes. He is about twenty-eight now, happily married and has his own family.
